# 4 Building your project timeline

Your client’s brief is now complete. You can now set up the schedule to provide clear visibility for your client.

By default, you have 4 stages: Script, Storyboard, Voice-over, and Motion Design.\
You can rename these stages (by double-clicking on any tab), delete them, or add new ones.

You can also drag and drop stages to adjust their order, extend or shorten each phase, and even fine-tune both production time and client feedback time.

It is also possible to create tasks and assign them either to the service provider or the client. Each task can be checked off once completed, with a completion date added.

You can also change the status of each stage simply by clicking on it.

Once a stage is validated, you will be prompted to enter the validation date for that stage.
