# 7 Presenting the voice-over to your client

<iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/9PQf1FMKZ1I" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" className="w-full aspect-video rounded-xl" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen />

In this section, you can for example propose 3 voice-over artist options as well as 3 music choices to set the mood.

Once they are presented, your client can make their selection.

You can then contact the selected voice-over artist and give them access to the project (via a URL + password). To do this, go to the Brief section (top-right corner), click on “Add a contact”, and set their role as “Voice-over”.

Once that is done, your voice-over artist will have access to the script (in the “Easy Read” tab, where they can copy the text). They will also have access to the music selected by the client, and they can upload their recording directly into the platform.

The client can leave comments directly on the audio timeline.

From your side, there is nothing to manage — everything is designed to make the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

Once this step is approved, you can update the schedule and move on to the Motion Design phase.
